The City of Wyoming is remembering former 2nd Ward Councilmember, Rich Pastoor, following his passing on Sunday, March 18. Rich served on the Wyoming City Council from 2002-2016, faithfully representing the needs and desires of his constituents. He will be greatly missed by friends, family, and the community as a whole.
