Purpose
To determine the salaries of the Wyoming City Councilmembers and Mayor.
Powers
The Commission shall determine the salaries; the City Council may reject the determination by a two-thirds vote. In the case of rejection, the existing salary shall prevail.
Obligations
The Commission shall conduct research to determine appropriate salaries.
Meeting Dates
In every odd numbered year at the call of the Chair.

At the convenience of the members.

Members
Seven.
No members or employees of any level of government or members of the immediate family of such member or employee shall be eligible to be a member.
Appointment
Mayor, with concurrence of City Council.
Term
Seven year term, beginning July 1.
