What we do...
Preserve the reliability of City street, sidewalk, and utility systems by:
- Coordinating construction and maintenance of those systems
- Acquiring property and easements needed for those projects
- Overseeing and issuing permits for construction in the right of way
- Reviewing plans for private developments (new businesses and residential neighborhoods)
- Conducting public hearings and assigning special assessments
