Purchasing

The Purchasing Department’s primary responsibility is to assist city departments with bids and requests for proposals; while complying with federal, state, and local law including the City of Wyoming Charter and Code or Ordinances. A fair and open competitive purchasing process is vital, and the city encourages all interested vendors to register through the city’s online registration system.

Any vendor interested in providing goods or services to the City of Wyoming is invited to register as a bidder.

Registered bidders may view and print:

Whenever a notice inviting bids is required, bids shall be posted on the City website or such other electronic media as may be authorized by Resolution of the City Council, at least five days preceding the last day set for the receipt of the proposals. 

Bidders are encouraged to keep contact information current and check regularly for new postings. Email delivery failures will result in removal from the notification list.
