The City has retained Ferguson Waterworks as the main contractor to complete the city-wide water meter replacement program. Ferguson has retained Utility Metering Solutions (UMS) to complete the replacements and install Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) endpoints. You will receive a letter when UMS is working in your area.
