The City of Wyoming’s Wastewater Treatment Plant is seeking a licensed electrician to fill the position of Maintenance Technician 3. This role is responsible for performing advanced technical work involving the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, instrumentation, and plant process equipment, as well as supporting a wide range of general wastewater treatment plant maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems such as controls, motors, instrumentation, electronics, PLCs, and VFDs. The position also performs complex tasks related to the utility plant’s SCADA and security systems. General plant maintenance tasks are also a fundamental part of this role.

This position includes competitive pay and benefits package. Highlights include:

  • Competitive wage scales ranging from $28.79 to $35.54 hourly rates.
  • Monday through Thursday, 38-hour work week.
