The Parks and Recreation Department is looking for seasonal maintenance staff to maintain City parks that are loved by the Wyoming community. Employees in these positions play an important role in park maintenance - mowing, preparing ball fields, greeting park patrons, and other valuable work maintaining high quality City parks. Seasonal employees may also have the opportunity to work special events, such as Concerts in the Park and other festivals and gatherings.

The City of Wyoming has 21 parks and almost 700 acres of parkland that are outstanding and are well used by our community. These parks include splash pads, nature preserves, ponds, baseball, and soccer fields, playgrounds, pickle ball courts, and much more.

This position is a great resume-builder and an excellent way to get involved in local government.
