To request an absentee ballot simply select one of the following methods.

Online: complete the request for an Absentee Ballot Application below and press send; we will then mail you an application to sign and return.
By Phone: call the City Clerk's Office at 616-530-7296 and we will send you an application to sign and return.
By Mail, Fax, or Email: Complete the paper Absentee Ballot Application, send the signed application, to City Clerk, 1155 28th Street SW, Wyoming, MI 49509; faxed to 616-530-7200; or emailed to clerk_info@wyomingmi.gov.
