Essential to fair and equitable assessments is having the correct information for each property. If your area has been selected for reappraisal for 2018 assessments, we are requesting owners answer the following questions about their property characteristics so we can begin with the best possible information. An appraiser in our office will review your information, along with your current record card, and recent aerial photography to estimate a value for next tax year. Additionally, a picture may be taken of the exterior of your property by an appraiser.
