Reservation Information
Come out and enjoy your City parks! Planning a summer picnic, family reunion or holiday get together? Lodge, shelter and picnic reservations are available at various parks throughout our park system. Reservations are taken in three-hour time blocks. Individuals wishing to have a reservation longer than the minimum three-hour block would have an additional hourly fee. The times listed here are those that the park is available to be rented:

Reservations must be made one week in advance for use of any facilities; may be made for the following year starting the first Monday of December and are not available on holidays. An additional fee will be charged to move tables within a park. A portable stage is available for rental. To make a reservation, call 530-3164 on Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM.

A refundable $50 shelter/$100 lodge rental damage/cleaning deposit is required in addition to rental fees. Payments for fees and deposits are required at the time a reservation is made. Rental payments can be made by cash, check or Visa/Mastercard/Diner's Club credit card. Damage/cleaning deposits must be made separately by check, or Visa/Mastercard/Diner's Club credit card. There are NO REFUNDS for rental payments.
Small shelters can be reserved at Battjes, Gezon, Hillcroft, Kelloggsville, Marquette, Prairie Parks.
Athletic Facilities
Select athletic facilities such as baseball and softball fields, basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, and soccer fields are available for rent.

Portable Stage Rental
The Wyoming Parks and Recreation Department offers a portable stage for rent April 1-October 31 between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The stage is not available on holidays. The stage size is 32’ x 14’ with extension panels that are 8’4” x 8’. A refundable $100 damage deposit is required in addition to rental fees. Payments for fees and deposits are required at the time a reservation is made. Rental payments can be made by cash, check or Visa/Mastercard/Diner's Club credit card. Damage/cleaning deposits must be made separately by check, or Visa/Mastercard/Diner's Club credit card. There are NO REFUNDS for rental payments.
With extension panels, the stage extends to 40' x 18' or 32' x 22'.

Special Events
Facilities are available for athletic or special event usage. If a reservation has an expected attendance of over 200 people, special maintenance is required or the use of special equipment not provided by the Parks and Recreation Department (including inflatable games, carnival-type games, petting zoo, etc.) is desired, a special event agreement is required. The following are prohibited:
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Smoking in Buildings
- Ground Fires
- Fireworks
- Golf Activities
- Dumping Household Refuse
- Pets must be on a maximum 6-foot leash. Owners are required to clean up after their pets.
- No dogs allowed in Pinery Park May 1-September 30.
- NO REFUNDS.
