Looking to run your first 5K or get in shape for your next one? If so, this class is for you! 5K Training is a fun way to start running, lose weight, feel great and improve your overall health!
Adult Open Tennis
Tennis court space and time is available for men and women of all abilities to play tennis matches. Come out and hit around, get some exercise and meet new people.
Adult Cooking
Fall and spring adult cooking classes are now being held on week nights in the Wyoming Senior Center kitchen.
Ballroom Dance (Couples)
This eight-week class will focus on 3 types of dance. Couples will experience proper dance etiquette while gliding across the dance floor.
Beach Bodies
Burn calories and get in shape while improving your overall fitness. Hand weights, exercise bands, etc. are used to help improve your curves and definition. Classes are eight weeks long and meet one time per week.
Belly Dancing
Belly Dance is a fun and exotic style of Middle Eastern Dance. Beginning and Intermediate Belly Dance classes are offered to adults 18 and older. In Beginning Belly Dance you will learn the basic moves to help you stretch strengthen and tone your entire body. Intermediate Belly Dance will continue your development of skills, balance and flexibility.

Bingo Progressive Jackpot Money Bingo
Take your chance at winning part of our $1,100 bingo prize money. Wyoming's Senior Citizen Fellowship Club, Inc. hosts this weekly money bingo as the largest fund raiser for the Wyoming Senior Center. Our program features a Progressive Bingo jackpot. Charity Game tickets also sold.

Bollywood
One of the biggest crazes right now in dance and fitness is Bollywood, another name for the Mumbai (Bombay) film industry in India. The dances of Bollywood films are playful, athletic and fast-paced. Strengthen your arms & legs and get a cardio workout with Bollywood dance.
Boot Camp
This program is designed to push even the most advanced to the maximum. Run, jump, squat and sprint yourself into shape!
Butts & Guts
Targeting the areas that you most want to improve, this workout will teach you the proper exercises to tighten up your abs and backside. Classes are eight weeks long and meet one time per week.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio tennis is an exciting group activity where participants of all ages and abilities can enjoy tennis together. This is a fitness focused high-energy class, which includes cardio, tennis drills, music, and lots of FUN. This high intensity class is guaranteed to give you a great work-out. Knowledge of tennis rules is not required.

Introduction to Tennis
This class is for beginners or anyone else interested in learning more about the game of tennis. The class will focus on fundamentals such as stroke techniques, serving, volleying, strategies and general tennis knowledge.

Kickball League
Gather your friends and relive the joy of your youth with this traditional playground game. Contact the Parks and Recreation Department for registration information.
Kickboxing
You'll strengthen your upper body, abs, heart and legs with this calorie-burning workout. This class is great for men or women. This class is for adults 18 and older and meets one time per week for 8 weeks.

Line Dancing
This class is suitable for the beginning dancer as well as the advanced dancer. Classes are once a week for eight weeks. Classes are held at the Wyoming Senior Center. Instructor Jackie Holton has been with the program since it began in 1991 and is ready to share her dance expertise with you! This is a great way to exercise for a lifetime of continued health.
P.A.T.H.
"Personal Action Toward Health" is for people with any type of long-term health challenge (diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, high blood pressure or others) and for those who would like to make healthy life changes.
Sit-n-Stitch (Crochet & Knitting Group)
It is always a great time to sit and stitch with others. Share ideas and skills while making new friends. Bring your own projects and supplies.
Slow Pitch Softball

The adult slow pitch softball program is offered during the spring/summer and fall seasons. Teams can participate in men’s and coed divisions Monday through Friday. The spring/summer leagues offer a 10 and 14 game schedule plus a single elimination tournament while the fall offers a 6 game schedule plus a single elimination tournament. All teams and umpires are registered with the Amateur Softball Association (ASA).
Square Dance
Polish up your boots, sharpen those spurs and join in on one of today's fastest growing forms of social dancing...Square dancing! Square dancing is a fun and healthy exercise where you'll work up a smile instead of a sweat. So hurry up and Do-Si-Do on down and register to get your boots a scootin'!
Tap and Jazz
Dancing is a great way to get in shape and have fun. Besides toning a variety of muscles, it improves balance, increases flexibility and helps posture. The class includes simple stretches, jazz moves, and develops tap techniques and routines. Our instructor will increase the tempo and variety of moves for your enjoyment. Give it a try. We promise you will have a great time!

Yoga
Beginning Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, and Yoga/Pilates classes are offered to adults 16 and older. Yoga has become one of the most popular forms of exercise. Not only is it good for your body, but also an excellent way to relax and to increase flexibility. Pilates focuses on abs and lower back by strengthening and elongating muscles. Yoga classes are great for people of all ages and a fun way to get some low-impact exercise. You will find the basic breathing exercises will help you relax in today's stressful world. Classes are eight weeks long and meet one time per week.
Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
